Frequently Asked Questions

What am I actually buying?

You are purchasing physical bricks. These are real construction materials that remain your property.

Do I own part of SPEARTIP or the pyramids?

No. Purchasing bricks does not give you shares, equity, voting rights, or ownership in SPEARTIP or any operating entity.

How do my bricks get used?

If you choose, you may hire your bricks to the SPEARTIP operating company under a separate asset hire agreement. The company uses hired bricks in the construction and operation of tourism infrastructure.

How are hire fees determined?

Hire fees are calculated on a predefined usage basis for the time and manner in which bricks are used. These fees are treated as operational costs, similar to renting equipment or materials.

Are hire fees guaranteed?

No. Hire fees are not guaranteed and may vary, pause, or stop depending on operational needs and usage.

Is this an investment or profit-sharing opportunity?

No. This is not an investment, does not involve profit sharing, and does not offer returns, yields, or dividends.

Is money pooled with other participants?

No. Each brick purchase and hire agreement is individual. There is no pooling of funds or collective ownership structure.

Who carries the business risk?

The operating company carries all business and operational risk. Brick owners retain ownership of their assets only.

Why use an asset hire model?

Large infrastructure projects often rely on owner-supplied or leased materials to scale efficiently while keeping ownership of physical assets separate from business operations.

Who should participate?

Only individuals who understand that this is a physical asset ownership and hire arrangement, not a financial product or investment.

Final note
