SPEARTIP operates a physical asset hire business model.
Participants may purchase physical construction materials (“bricks”). Ownership of these bricks remains with the purchaser at all times. The purchase of bricks does not confer any equity, shares, voting rights, or ownership interest in SPEARTIP or any related operating entity.
Brick owners may, at their discretion, choose to hire their bricks to the SPEARTIP operating company under a separate asset hire agreement. This arrangement constitutes a commercial leasing relationship only.
Any hire fees paid by the operating company are operational costs, calculated on a predefined usage basis for the temporary use of physical assets. Hire fees are not profits, dividends, revenue share, or returns, and are not linked to the financial performance or profitability of the business.
No income, yield, return, or financial benefit is guaranteed or implied. Hire fees may fluctuate, pause, or cease entirely depending on operational requirements and usage.
This model does not involve pooling of funds, collective ownership, or participation interests, and does not constitute an investment product, security, or collective investment scheme under applicable law.
Participants should not participate with an expectation of profit and should only acquire bricks if they understand and accept the risks associated with owning and hiring physical assets.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected service.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
2. Campsite Use and Conduct
Guests must follow all posted guidelines and instructions from staff.
Activities that endanger other guests, wildlife, or the environment are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Firstcontact.africa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
